Using public calculators
Public calculators use the dates and options you enter to produce a response. No account is required.
Accounts and saved information
If you register, we store your email, display name, password hash and saved workspace records on the configured server.
Email and billing
Account verification and password reset use email. Stripe checkout currently runs in test mode only; real charges are disabled. When you opt in to reminders, we store your event title, date, chosen time zone, recurrence and delivery status. Reminder emails are sent only to your verified account address and deliberately omit private event titles and health details. You can pause or delete reminders. Minimal delivery logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Cookies and technical logs
Login sessions use cookies. Web servers or CDN services may record request information. Optional analytics depend on site configuration.
Security and backups
Passwords are stored as hashes. Site backups may contain account information and must be protected. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of account information. Applicable rights depend on your location.
